Enhancements:

• Big Fix for the Billing cron job - We made it so if someone is one 'auto-pay' and they have multiple recurring dues/invoices that are due on the same due date, Then we're making 1 single payment instead of breaking up the payments in individual installments for each invoice line item. This helps save processing fees for the HOA/users.
• Violation changes: fixed the email subject line in the violation templates. Also fixed the notification tool to work properly (there was an issue that was causing the content box to not show)
• User Friendliness: Added verbiage on a few pages that help explain some of the features and how they work. For example, the 'Violations Report' and 'Violations Settings and Rules'
• Budget Alterations Log: We unlocked the budget for years that have past so they can be 'edited' - However along with this we also enhanced the Alterations Log to show more info.
• Request Forms - For completed Forms that have been filled out by the homeowner - We added the ability for the admin board member to edit the form and resave it (this is so the board can help the owner and assist them with the form if they don't know how or need to edit)
• Archived Request - We couldn't see the info or edit a request that had been archived. We fixed these.
• Accounting Bank ``Re-Authentication' - We fixed an issue when 're-authenticating' a bank account that has been disconnected so that it doesn't generate a new account and picks up the previous already connected account.
• Dues invoice reminders - Isolated issues of a few invoice reminders that didn't go out. Fixed them going forward
• Bug Fix - Payment was made but not applied to an invoice - fixed the specific scenario going forward.
• Late/Lien Settings - We added the ability for certain 'category/types' of invoices can be subject to the late lien rules - Located under the 'Settings >Billing period' page. We defaulted it to be enabled for 'Dues' and 'Special Assessments' - we also added a button on the 'Late/lien' rules page that takes the user to the settings. Also along with this task, we made sure that any 'imported' info that creates 'balance forward' invoices is set as a 'due' category
• Accounting Budget Titles and Variance Column - We worked on the titles of the budget vs actuals report to be more user-friendly and make more sense for the end user. We also created a 'Variance' column on this report.
• Custom field report - We made the units a hyperlink within the report
• Random - Fixed numerous one-off bugs on isolated HOA accounts related to user ID's not matching which caused display issues, and an email issue where the statuses were not showing properly.
