New Features

• This biggest feature that we just rolled out was phase 1 of the accounting tools, which includes syncing bank account feeds, approving transactions, chart of accounts, profit and loss report, budget report, general ledger report, balance sheet. It's been a long time coming and we're still working on some tools within the accounting pages that have to do with adding a journal entry, and splitting transactions.
• Inbox > Sent folder > we connected this to the sendgrid account to follow up with the email to know the status of it. IF it was sent, received, opened, dropped, etc..

Bugs fixes and enhancements

• Dashboard >the past due balance graph was showing the wrong number off units that were past due when you hovered over the graph. It's been fixed now.
• We enhanced the Directory report shown in the dashboard to make it more user friendly. We changed some column names, added the unit name, and separated the first and last name columns and added some sorting ability to it.
• Fixed a bug where if you went to 'tools > print' to print an invoice, if you selected an invoice that had a $0 balance it wasn't pulling up the PDF
• operations software, fixed a bug that was pulling some duplicate invoice numbers into the billing history for a few HOA's. We found the bug and fixed it.
• enhanced operations to allow for new accounting tools.
• Fixed some spelling grammar in the violation email.
• Fixed a bug where the violations weren't showing on the dashboard
