New Features:
- Added more capability surrounding the Request tool. Now the board can communicate via email directly to the owner from the request feature. A log will keep track of the communication.
- Simplified the look of the violations and the requests features with a communication log. and rearranged the tiles to look better.
- Added a Label to the the email inbox if an owner responds to a violation or request email. now it will show up with a label that says 'request' or 'violation'
- Email>inbox>sent folder - we're showing a status, we formatted the column better so it gets resized, also added a legend on what the statuses mean.
- Added a total number of units at the bottom of the units list.
- added a total number of owners at the bottom of the owners list
- added some help verbiage to the edit owner profile page, as well as the Create new owner page that explains how the login credentials work. Now you can create an owner without entering a password and that owner can go to their login page to create their own password.
Accounting
- profit and loss detail sorted oldest to newest,
- Transaction split supported now in the general ledger
- posting a journal entry - text entered in the description box populates in all journal entry fields for that journal entry.
- added a vendor column for the GL.
Bug fixes & Enhancements:
- Fixed a Number that shows on the violation report for the 'total # of units in violation' and we're hiding violation types that are set to zero on the new and closed report.
- We're Working on showing errors for bank connections through plaid for the accounting tools
- Made the past due reports run quicker for those HOA's who have a large amount of data pulling from the database.
- Fixed the 'last login date & time stamp' for Fake emails that the system generates now it shows an 'N/A' because they're fake.
- Worked on some status's for violations that were showing as a label for the owner on the owner login page.
- other bug fixes that aren't worth mentioning..
