New Features:

• Added the ability to select Virgin Island as a 'state' along with other US owned providences ie Guam, Samoa, Canadian providences etc. These will show on owner address pages, along with Payment method pages.
• Added just a few really common chart of accounts categories to the accounting tools.
• Accounting tools: finished the adjusting journal entry feature, Made balances clickable at the reports level, ie profit and loss, balance sheet, etc. We also finished the Split a transaction feature with it supporting a negative value. Finally we added some verbiage to some of the pages to explain how it works and give some direction.
• Connected the Inbox > Email to Sendgrid so the statuses of the send emails will show if it was opened or not. (we still need to work on some formatting, but it's currently working)

Bug Fixes and Enhancements:

• Bank account deposit report: sometimes it was off by 1 penny. We fixed this.
• Worked on some internal operations surrounding the proposal email. The services that would be enabled for a customer only show what services the sales guy selects.
• Internal Operations: Created direct links to the HOA from operations which will help support more quickly get to the software that they need to work with. added the accounting services tool number on the reports.
• Fixed some Typos within the software
• Fixed a bug that had to do with the status of violations being 'closed' some of them had a date of n/a as the closed date.
• Accounting tool sign up page was showing $0.00 for a short time. We fixed it to reflect the correct amount to sign up.
• Accounting - editing transactions on the general ledger there was a bug where you couldn't click on the amount to edit the transaction.
