New Features

  • We created the ability for board members to help support and reset passwords for other board members by going to the 'my team' feature when logged in. Under the 'send password reset email' there is a way to go directly to the 'reset password' page
  • We also created this same functionality for the 'owners' of the HOA so the board can go to any owner page>edit profile and then 'reset the password'
  • Dashboard > In the top right corner it will give you information of who you are logged in as. ie. name, email, user type etc..
  • Dashboard > building icon > My account > this now shows the 'Active services' that you have currently enabled, it shows payment info, and billing history. The other cool thing is if you manage more than 1 HOA it will show/toggle the information for each HOA. - This will also allow you to edit your payment info for EasyHOA.

Bug fixes/enhancements

  • Fixed a potential issue related to billing period and relation to disabled recurring dues
  • on the Dashboard of an HOA > we're now showing info related to the surveys/voting features such as the number of active campaigns, as well as a link to go directly there.
  • Fixed an email group option that was obsolete. it was called 'all units' but now we have 2 options, 'Unit based - all owners' and 'Unit based - primary owners'

Along with these features we are through a live round of accounting testing. We've got feedback that we're already making changes for when we release it. Currently the Goal is to release it sept 1st 2023
