New Features

• HOA Phone numbers - We added a way to download an audio file for any recorded calls.
• More Violation features - We created the ability to add more 'status' for violations. We also added a field for 'estimated completion date' the owner can enter this themselves on their owner login.
• We added some information to some of the different cards. on the owner information card we added the last time they logged into their account and the time stamp. On the unit information card we're including the lot number and subdivision if applicable.
• Alert Banner for violations on the owner login, as well as a number in the owner menu next to 'Violations'

 

Bugs & Enhancements

• The print button for voting/survey campaigns is working again and functional if you answer the questions.
• Fixed a Bug where the notifications preferences for each owner were temporarily turned off.
• BUG: some old violation templates were showing on a few of our new customers' accounts.
• Worked on the functionality of the button for 'send password reset email' (if it's a brand new email that has never been authenticated by our login system then the link wasn't updating with the Log information when you clicked on it) we fixed it so that it now shows up with the log information and the link to be able to reset the password.
• Fixed a bug where the 'authorized voter' tag wasn't automatically getting applied to the 'primary owner' - we fixed this . and made is so that the import feature will also do this when new customers/units get imported using that import tool.
• Fixed a bug with the notification preferences when someone turns off all the notifications and then they go back and turn them all on. It did something weird to the 2 templates that should always be turned on. Some of the templates we were turning off when we shouldn't have that ability.
