New Features

• These features are in addition to a number of accounting changes that are currently being done on the backend to get ready for the sept 1st release.
• Violation Features: We added a button to filter open and closed violations. We added the # of days old the violation is.
• Violation rules - We added a simple rule button that you can set up an email to a board member when a violation hits a number of days the violation has been open for. under violations then settings, then rules.
• Created a 'delete' button for emails along with a 'Trash' folder that automatically deletes the trash after 30 days.
• Added a 'new user setup' template to each HOA as a default template going forward
• Added more states for mailing addresses of owners. Now we have 13 provinces of Canada that need to be added to the 'State' dropdown box. Bug Fixes and Enhancements

• Reset password emails will now come from the email address of the HOA instead of the support@easyhoa.com email address
• When creating an email there is now a searchable feature when you start typing in an email address that pulls up existing owners of the association. This makes it much easier to find email addresses for individual owners instead of finding them from a long list.
• Internal superadmin fix for the ability to edit dashboard logins to different user types
• fixed the description of the survey verbiage template and made it so you can't 'disable' this template. It's triggered by the 'delivery' section when creating a new survey/voting campaign.
• On the dashboard for an HOA, we fixed the number that is reflecting how many 'open' violations are in the software (red number)
• . We fixed a link on the 'tools>board' page that links you to the 'my team' page to set up more users. If you aren't a property manager admin then you won't be able to see the link.
• Fixed the name of the receipt via text when someone sends the receipt from the billing history of the transaction.
• Porting a phone number config - added the ability for the support team to get notified and and get files that are submitted through that porting tool.
• Fixed the layout of the Association address that shows up on the 'printed invoice' If the address/name are long it now adjusts accordingly
