New Features:

• We built a listener with the payment processing tools, so that if there is a failed ACH payment then our software automatically knows and it marks the original payment as 'failed' and then notifies the HOA and lets them know
• Added a button in billing history (payment details) to manually send a receipt to the email on file.
• Better support for Owner logins.. (This is AWESOME) On the dashboard side when you go to an Owner profile and click on the 'resend password link' button it sends an email to the owner, but also records some log info such as 'sent on 7/25/23 at 4:34PM' then if you go to the 'email>inbox>system notifications' you'll see the same email that was sent with the reset link. This will allow you to click on the link and reset the password for the owner instead of them having to do it. The coolest thing about this feature is you can create a login account without having a real email address. it could be a fake one and you can get a password for it and then login to the owners account.

BUG fixes / Enhancements

• Requests weren't saving correctly for a moment
• Templates content weren't saving the new info that was getting entered
• Email Bug: when trying to send to multiple email addresses it was only sending the email to 1 recipient on the list
• The 'Ach transaction failed email' that we automatically send when an ACH transaction fails had the decimal point of the amount extended out further than it should've been.
• Fixed a few owner accounts where the HOA Documents should've been showing but they weren't.
• BUG: Requests - couldn't add 'board notes'
• Violation bugs: one of the placeholders wasn't working when 'printing' the violations. We removed some weird HTML verbiage form the violation details. We fixed the violation testing capability, as long as the communications log to show if a text got sent or not.
