BUG: fixed the 'association Login placeholder so it works again
past due report - add the column of Unit Name (fixed the issue if the unit name was the same as another one, like a duplex or multiple units at the same address)
Email: When we compose an email, if it has 'non-global' placeholders, we're still showing all email group options but limiting the send feature to the 'TO:' and removing the CC and BCC options.
Email Random Bugs: When we reply to an email in the inbox, we keep that thread in the inbox as well as send it to the sent folder.

BUG: fixed the Owners page > call owner functionality so there's another 'alert' box letting you know what's going on when you try to call an owner.
Billing Scenario: Fixed the scenario when a payment is marked as failed > then we make the invoice that it originally paid outstanding again.
Billing changes: Fixed a scenario for when a payment amount is edited and there is money left over, then we are now adding that amount to the credit.
Billing > when a user adds credit to an account without a payment, we made it so it's not automatically using that credit at the time it's added'. However, it will continue to look for credit when the due date comes around.
Billing > ability to edit a payment line item to zero or a different amount. Also supporting scenarios where the new amount pays more line items or adds credit.
Requests from the unit page > fixed it so the unit is defaulted and selected when you get to this page, along with allowing them to select the owners tied to that unit
BUG: Overall Violations menu item > now we're not defaulting to a specific unit, instead it shows '--'. We also grey out the owner box until they select the unit.
