New Features

• We can now 'require' a specific form when an owner is creating a request in their owner portal. These settings are located under the Dashboard side: 'requests > Settings > Types' - You will see a dropdown box that will show any available forms that you can make required. When the owner creates a request they will have to fill out the required form according to the type of request they are making.
• We now allow the billing period to be set to '0' - this means the invoice for the next due is generated on the due date instead of before it.
• Under My account (the building icon) > You'll see some text at the top that will show a link to your signed agreement for your Organization. This will also show on the new 'welcome email' for each new EasyHOA customer.

Enhancements and Fixes

• Found that some HOAs weren't getting the custom templates we provided when they were set up. We found those affected and added those templates to their HOA.
• Fixed a bug that had to do with the file name of images. There were some errors if a file name was being uploaded with the same file name of a different image.
• Created some new code to help us when rounding amounts that extend out to 3 decimal places so we round it correctly.
• We worked on the Revenue by Category report so that it matches the revenue report, we added the 'unallocated' category.
• We added pagination to the 'owners login > Billing history' - We had a bug where the owner side would only show up to 100 lines, and we had some owners who had more than 100 lines so then the balances looked wrong.
• Fixed a bug where the 'custom email groups' weren't showing the email address. (Located under 'Tools > Settings > Email settings)
• Fixed the ability to edit the name of an existing request
• With the ability to make a new 'status' for the Requests feature. We made it so you can 'archive' any status that is not an 'open' status.
• Fixed the 'inbox > email > sent folder > email statuses not showing up'
• Owner login page > We are now displaying the recurring due amount on the unit details card.
