New Features

Accounting - Budget report separated per month. with custom date ranges.
Accounting - Budget vs Actuals Report - This is an awesome report that gives you a snapshot of where you're at for the month & year vs what was projected.
New report named 'Unit Detail Balance'. This report will give some detail of the units current balance, last payment date, next due date and days past due.
Documents - We built a feature to Rename the uploaded files
Documents - we changed the iconology to decipher better between a file and folder.
Surveys/Voting - created a Custom Group feature - With this we can create custom voting groups.

Enhancements and Fixes

Accounting - fixed a issue with how the split transaction feature was recording amounts
My Team menu - now shows the last login date for each user
Accounting Tools > worked on P&L - reports to fit better on PDF's, changed some labels to make more sense, uncategorized income to 'other income' etc. Worked on Balance sheet - summary and detailed options made them look better, elimiteding categories/balances with 0 balance or no activity. GL - added a column for vendor/contractor names
Allowed the one time invoice to have a due date in the past
Formatted the violation report to fit better on a PDF
For requests that have already been made we took away the ability to assign the request to a different unit & owner.
Archiving line items in the billing history - we made it so if a payment is archived that the payment still shows on on the revenue reports.
Documents - added validation when turning 'OFF' sharing permissions to a folder it checks any sub folders and also will turn those sharing permissions off as well.
Surveys/voting - We enhanced the unit/customer list of recipients so you can choose a group and then still change who will receive the campaign. We also clarified some verbiage for what shared and anonymous mean for sharing access.
Forms - when filling out a form we were able to change the 'theme' to match closer the look of our software.
