Newest Development updates

• Printing results of survey PDF- We worked on the display and fitting of information onto the PDF.
• Revenue Report - Added a column for Category.
• New report - Revenue by Category - this gives a breakdown of the income.
• Internally - When we get a signed proposal the email to support will now show the name of the sales person who initiated the proposal.
• Violations - we hard coded two statuses that can't be deleted, 'open' & 'closed'
• Owner login - the survey & voting page is combined to make more sense for the end user.
• Created a better view for the 'adjusting journal entries' on the accounting tools. More user friendly with adding credits and debits, and seeing exactly what's going on.
• Accounting - P&L when printing as a PDF on the detail.. we worked on the spacing of the columns so it fits better

Random Smaller Bugs

• Fixed how we had duplicate statuses for violations
• add permissions to the cloud URL to further secure public documents across HOA websites
• removed the 'public' checkbox when adding a document to the documents section
• News/events Fixed the titles to not be blue to look like 'url links' also added the time back so it displays the date and time..
• archived unread emails were still showing an 'unread' email on the dashboard. We made it so if someone archives an unread email it takes it off the dashboard number.
• Violations on the dashboard will only show the number of 'open' status violations
• Fixed a bug on Emails when clicking the icons of 'unread' or 'archive' etc it wasn't making the request and the page was freezing.
• Fixed a payment method bug - Specifically the 'edit' button wasn't working
• Demo site - for prospecting customers. when logging in it will directly go to the dashboard page instead of a property management view first.
• General Ledger running balance is now making more sense.
• fixed a refreshing issue when adding a manual invoice line item, or a credit
• Fixed an issue where it was showing duplicate line items on the revenue report (caused by the new category column)
