New Features

  • Created the ability to hide tabs of the website such as 'news/events'
  • Created the 'News/events' to show on the owner login side of things.
  • BIG FRONT END CHANGES - Added a bunch of consistency between all pages of the management software with headers, colors, buttons, tables. etc..
  • Created a way to send our easyhoa receipts, invoices, etc to multiple emails.

Enhancements & Fixes

  • Dashboard > requests area now shows the correct number of 'open' requests as the red number.
  • Email BUG: forwarding an attachment
  • Phone number records - updated the time zone so it shows the time zone that the HOA is set up for instead of UTC zone.
  • BUG fixes that had to do with some buttons not working because of the new front end changes that were pushed to production.
  • Fixed a display on how events were displayed on the website for HOA's that wasn't showing the 'Description' part of the event.
  • Bug fix for deleting 'Archived' phone calls. and saving phone settings
  • Accounting Plaid connection to the bank - we added more support around knowing what the errors are when there are errors.
  • Fixed a bug that was present with a few customers sign up process and proposal process.
  • Updated our operations side of things so that if someone makes a payment for multiple line items they only get 1 email receipt.
  • Fixed a few isolated issues with the phone settings not saving correctly.
  • dashboard > website> event bug = creating an event wasn't saving correctly, similar issue with saving new folders in the documents.
  • Email bug when selecting recipients to be able to load the 'primary owners' list. fixed!
  • BUG: payment method options aren't matching one the Owner login side for creating a recurring payment method. (so if we limit Amex from the HOA dashboard settings then it will match on the owners side)
  • Unit and Owner Notes.. we're allowing any dashboard login to edit and delete notes instead of just the person who created it.
