New Features
- Voicemail Voices in Phone Settings: We added new voices for the phone settings' voicemail feature. Now you can choose from more human sounding voices instead of the robotic voice we had before.
Enhancements
- Accounting tools - archive accounts > we now allow users to archive old "bank connected accounts" so they no longer appear.
- Email Sent Statuses for Threads: We previously did not show email statuses for email Threads. but now we're showing the status for the "Last sent email"
- Violations images: when there are multiple images/files we made them now scrollable instead of having to click into each image separately.
- Website Form Email Notifications: Created a Setting so that website form submissions are sent to the email address entered in the form. This can help HOAs when they are trying to collect waivers for certain amenities.
- Owner login report: we added the 'address' to this report
- Verbiage changes: worked on "Tools > Mass Edit Dues & Fees" to better explain one-time fees. We also added some verbiage on the printable PDF request forms that says the date when it was printed.
- Payment Receipt manual email function: This was dependent on the notification settings for the specific owner for the 'automated reciept' settings however because this is a manual button. we changed the way this works so that you can on demand email an email receipt. (unit > billing history > payment > send receipt button)
Bug Fixes:
- The "Requests" table and the filtering of the creation date were incorrect (fixed!)
- Violation creation: email log section and creating a new email we weren't showing a "file attachment icon" (fixed!)
- Voting/survey campaign bug: fixed how the images are storing. Found a scenario where adding a lot of images was breaking the campaign from showing. (fixed!)
- Calendar: The setting to show on the public slider wasn't working (fixed!) Also refreshing the calendar automatically after deleting events (fixed!) Also fixed a "time stamp" issue with it using the time stamp of the HOA instead of UTC time zone.
- Dashboard > units > Custom field: if this is a "date" type of field it wasn't working correctly on the owners side to be editible (fixed!)
- Export PDF button wasn't working on chart of accounts (fixed!)
- Multiple Units payment wasn't marking all the payments as failed or displaying the fees correctly (fixed!)
- GL accounting issue: fixed an issue where the amounts were off for 2 bank accounts were one was deleted. (fixed!)
- Owner profile > System notifications: (like the reciept) print/pdf button was removing some formatting for a table. (fixed!)
- Rented unit report - columns are shifting on csv (fixed!)
- We organized the billing history order to correctly display "Failed cc" attempts. The "failed" cc line item didn't have the time stamp using the time zone of the HOA so then it was sometimes in the wrong order compared to the successful transaction which caused some confusion (fixed!)
- Violations table: created on date was not picking up the timezone of the HOA. (Fixed!)
- An existing check payment wasn't allowing us to change the check batch that it was assigned to (fixed!)
- Fixed the search bar on an "owner login"
- Email signature wasn't working on a reply (fixed!)
